3. Server log files
When you access our website, the hosting provider (ALL-INKL.COM) automatically stores information in server log files. These include: IP address, date and time, browser type and version, operating system, referrer URL and the host name of the accessing device. This data cannot be attributed to specific individuals and is not merged with other data sources. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in the secure and stable operation of the website). We have concluded a data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR with our hosting provider ALL-INKL.COM (Neue Medien Münnich, Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedersdorf, Germany).
4. Map display (OpenStreetMap)
To show our location, we embed a map from OpenStreetMap on the contact page (OpenStreetMap Foundation, St John's Innovation Centre, Cowley Road, Cambridge, CB4 0WS, United Kingdom). The "Plan route" button links to Google Maps. Only when you actively follow this link is your data transmitted to Google Ireland Ltd. More information: policies.google.com/privacy
5. Cookies & consent
This website uses only technically necessary storage (local storage of your cookie decision in your browser). No tracking or marketing cookies are used. External content – the OpenStreetMap map on the contact page – is loaded only after your explicit consent. You can change or withdraw your consent at any time, with effect for the future, via the "Cookie settings" link in the footer.
Fonts: The fonts used on this website are served locally from our own server. No connection is made to Google Fonts or any other external provider, and no data is transferred to third parties for this purpose.
6. Contact forms, cost estimate and e-mail
Using our forms (contact, fleet enquiry, job application and cost estimate) you can send us your requests. The data you enter is processed via our server over an encrypted connection (SSL/TLS) and sent as an e-mail to info@autoklinik-neff.de. Only the data you provide is transmitted:
– Contact / fleet / application: name or company, e-mail address, optionally phone number and your message.
– Cost estimate: vehicle data (e.g. make, model, registration plate), damage details, optional damage photos and your contact details.
The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) and – for contract-related enquiries – Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures). The form data is not stored permanently on the web server; it remains in the e-mail mailbox of Autoklinik Neff GmbH. We retain your enquiry only for as long as necessary to process it or as required by statutory retention periods, after which it is deleted. You can withdraw your consent at any time and request the deletion of your data (info@autoklinik-neff.de). We do not pass on your data to third parties without your consent.
7. Your rights
You have the right to information (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16 GDPR), erasure (Art. 17 GDPR), restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR), data portability (Art. 20 GDPR) and objection (Art. 21 GDPR).
